Seagate HDD RMA

i have an 80 GB Seagate HDD and just after two months of using it, im getting bad sectors already. it has spread already almost exponentially every time i schedule for disk check. apparently, im needing to replace it with a new one basing on the manufacturer's warranty. ive noticed a Seagate store at SM City Cebu and im quite lazy to call them up if they are willing to have an RMA for my HDD. if anybody knows about it, please drop me some comments.

the HDD was bought from Japan so, store warranty is out of the question.

they will be asking for a receipt where u bought it. no receipt, no replacement. new policy. and also if dili gikan sa gawas or from millenium.

murag ang ila dawaton na mga hard disk ra is from ATP raman cguro im not so sure lang

@jungie: no kidding?! but, logically, the hard disk is theirs, in regardless, of where it was bought. i just need it to be replaced...

di man gud na cya exactly seagate gud its exactly owned by ATP which is one of the distributors here sa seagate cguro dako ang sponsorship sa seagate sa pag open nla dha mao na i think naa pod uban nila products na gi carry dha sa sm na seagate which are astone and saphire and other products im not sure lang ha pero i think if ang seagate gani di gkan nila like if gkan sa millenium which is another distributor of seagate di man cguro nila dawaton... mura exclusive ra na sa ATP nang sa SM
