^ Yeah, this story has been completely overshadowed by Bin Laden's death, but for us it's actually a serious sign of an escalation by China who will use these resources "to strengthen law enforcement in Chinese-related waters" not simply Chinese waters which in real terms means putting personnel into contested areas. This is expansionism through the backdoor.
