“The two other Chinese maritime surveillance ships with bow No. 75 and No. 84, which we earlier monitored to be also in the area, are no longer around. These reports are all based on visuals because our Coast Guard vessel there has no radar-tracking capabilities,” Lt. Gen. Anthony Alcantara, Northern Luzon Command (Nolcom) chief, said“We are only monitoring the presence of two Chinese vessels in Panatag Shoal, the FLEC 310 and CMS 71. We don’t really know if there are other Chinese vessels lurking around because our search and rescue ship has no radar-tracking capabilities,”

South China Sea row: Chinese daily calls for 'small-scale war' against Philippines - Indian Express

"China should be prepared to engage in a small-scale war at sea with the Philippines", state run Global Times said in an editorial over the ongoing stand off between the navies of China and Philippines over the Huangyan Island or Scarborough Shoal in the SCS claimed by both the countries.

"Once the war erupts, China must take resolute action and deliver a clear message to the outside world that it does not want a war, but definitely has no fear of it.

Chinese propaganda. The newspapers are controlled by the communist party who are showing the world their true colors. China in it's present form is like a dark cloud in the region. Hopefully the people in China will wake up and rid themselves of their tyrannical leaders.
