but dapat kung mangusog gyud sila sa baselines bill they should now contest it sa international court of justice sa UN coz ang UN na ang magdecide kung paburan ba nila ang baseline sa pilipinas. remember that before 1982 UNCLOS, there was no definite and legal recognition of an archipelago in the world, if you are an archipelago by geography before was that you only have to place points to the north, south, east and west boundaries of your territory and connect all the dots and literally that would become your territory but fortunate pud ta na by 1982 girecognize na sa UN ang archipelago thus UNCLOS was born. china and vietnam may suspect the baselines as extending our territory but its not coz the spratlys is really part of the philippine territory it just so happen that UNCLOS gave us the deadline for the submission of our baseline bill this year in order to comply with the international law.
