relax lang bro. actually that cargo was released on the same day. in fact it was release immediately. ayaw dayon tuo anang mga post2x sa internet aron dili ka saputon dayon. gitubag nani ni ruffy biazon comish sa customs. awa iyang twitter timeline. gitubag nani niya nga issue.

i think initially gipaninglan jud sila ug tax, nagdaku ang lalis sa customs, na-abot sa mga daku2x sa customs, gipa-release dayon. reading between the lines sa iya statement,

"23701 kilos of relief goods were released within the day. exempted from duties & tax."

this is politician talk of being honest but not telling the entire truth or hiding details behind. that's why i think that customs did initially ask for tax on the relief goods.

pwede ra gud kaayo na siya mosulti, "were released, immediately upon their arrival." ang iya gisulti verbatim as per gi-highlight nako is "released within the day."
