congrats mga fellow cebuanos,

judging from the pics here, cebu is really progressing, with so many projects left and right..... congrats to arnoldsa, martiano, slerz etc. for updating us about the progress in cebu. come to think of it, is this the result of cebu being uncompetitive?

mga bai, can any body give feedback about the planned first Sta. Lucia Mall in Cebu? i heard it will be constructed in Consolacion... and also a Robinsons also in Consolacion.

yes, who did had not read the sun-star soecial story....it is really good, in addition for the development happening in Mandaue Reclamation, the CICC, Cebu Doc University, Boardwalk, Gaisano IT Parketc, i was amazed to read that the Uniwide Bldg, will be converted into a commercial and recreational center by the Star 168 group.

and i am also amazed by the fast paced development in Mactan Island.

By the way, when you will be dsigning your own architectural masterpiece? we will watch for it.

20 years from now this thread will be worth reminisn with..and when we are old and grey the new generations could look back on how the people of Cebu especially our leaders had started it all...the CEBOOM way :mrgreen:

Being outside the country, foreigners seem to notice only the negative news in the media about Manila strikes and Mindanao bombings.

And then i paint them a very different picture and talk only about Cebu --- which i say is the most beautiful, peaceful, & progressive island out of the 7000+ islands. In fact some of my friends do want to visit Cebu when i go for vacation.

Mga guys, hapit na mu open ang new Rustans Supermarket diri sa Banawa, atbang sa Convergys, sayang la ko pic. Then beside sa Rustans naa daw 2 or 3 story na mall :mrgreen:
ang Rustans mu open this May and ang new na Mall maybe this October daw :mrgreen:
