Default building a gaming pc need help and advice

hello fellow istoryans, looking to build a new rig and need help and a sound advice which parts to look for and where.
First is the budget = 30-40k
Purpose = to play top class games

im looking at purchasing the Gigabyte GTX560 Ti (priced at 14k) and basically build the pc using this card. I also want to buy the i7 2600k 3.4ghz processor (around 11k i think) and the asus motherboard P8P67 deluxe (11k plus). But I fear im going out of my budget limit so any good suggestions? please help. I found this items while looking at gaisano interface in cmall.

Im also preparing this pc to play GTA V which might be released later this year or 2013.

also plan to do SLI later this year if I can but for now .. just want to see if I can purchase the GTX560 Ti.. so far getting good vibes with this card.

Your advice is truly appreciated. thanks

actually bro ang i7-2600k cost around 13k-14k..sakit2 sad..hehehe

PSU: Silverstone 750w (you need this if your planning to go crossfire or sli) = 6.8k for silver, 7.5k for gold
    Proc: i5-2500k = 9.8k
    Mobo: P8P67 Deluxe or ROG Gene-Z = 11.5k
    Video Card: i prefer Asus 6950 1gb for 11k or Asus 6950 2gb for 14k rather than gtx 560ti
    RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb = 2.5k
    Monitor: its your choice..
    Case: its your choice

its a total of 41.6k if you will get the asus 6950 1gb and the silverstone silver...

and for the OT ...maybe you'll like this TS

Im a 2600K user but I would not recommend this processor for that kind of budget, Im not saying your budget is low or anything but a 2500K is a better buy, you get the same performance in gaming... you cant tell the difference.. if your into overclocking then you might potentially get more out of the 2500K compared to the 2600K.

If you plan to SLI soon then just settle for a GTX560Ti now and get whatever nvidia releases this year.

thanks istoryans, dako ayu inyo natabang. bitaw, 2500k nga proc noh, good idea. plan nako by end of january pero not in a hurry. pwede pud nako hulaton ang march. hehehe.. right now lingaw raman ko sa ako current pc running 1gb palit radeon 4850 sonic pero naglaway lang jud ko sa bag-ong mga vcards karun and planning to go green, mao gtx 560ti ako gitan-aw.

I guess I can wait for March for the ivy bridge. keep watch lang ko diri sa istorya to get good advice once nana ni sila sa March.

My current rig right now is Quad8200(2.33Ghz), intel board DG35EC LGA775 (with 1 Pcie x16 slot), 2x2GB DDR2 Kingston 400Mhz RAM, PSU=Silverstone Strider 500W. Just wondering, how about if mu-upgrade kug vcard lang usa to GTX 560 ti or Radeon 6950...

makaya kaha ni sa akong current rig or magkaproblema ko? I want to try DX11 games man gud. thanks guys.

if mag GTX 560 Ti ka, pag MSi Twin Frozer II nalang or katong Hawk edition, or go for ASUS Direct CU II w/c is cheaper by about 2k cguro.
