    Default Plantar Fasciitis, nka experience namo ani?grabeh ka sakit ui!!


    Grabeh ui, na unsa naman ni. kasakit ba ani Arch and Heel pain a.k.a "Plantar Fasciitis" Unsa inyo Remedyo ani arun mawala-wala ang sakit?Di ko ka trabaho og tarong ani..huhuhuhu!

    Naa ko ani but ma manage na nako unlike before nga it keeps interrupting my routine... I found out its because I'm flat footed. My arch on the foot is too low nga streched na daan ang fascia diha sa akong lapa lapa mao nga inig landing nako sa akong foot dili siya mu bounce back as much as a regular foot would do nga mao untay mu protect sa akong foot from hard impact. The result of not being able to bounce back is injury to the fascia. Ako gibuhat before and after my routine treadmill is stretch the lapa lapa by pushing the wall while putting the foot forward or mag kinto kinto mag lakaw just so ma stretch daan ang fascia ug dili na siya ma tight inig jog nako.

    Sa ako pud na basa uban, one cause daw is tight calf muscles (bagtak) so I also stretch my bagtak before and after the routine.

    Atong time nga sakit jud kayo nga hapit nako dili na kalakaw, I stopped my routine for a while around 2 weeks and nag ankle support ko natulog, in such a way nga ang akong arch sa lapalapa ma supported. Sometimes matulog ko making sure that my ankle is at 90 degrees. Hiktan nako pero usahay inig mata nako naka buhi na ang akong gihiktan.

    kasagaran jud mu strike ang pain inig dayon bangon from bed jud ky matulog ta kasagaran wala man gud na maka 90 degrees atong ankle, so ako dili ko mu dritso ug jump from bed. I sit on the bed and stretch my lapa lapa first before I walk away from the bed.

    Also, as I am female, wearing elevated heels also helped. I've changed my worn out shoes and bought another brand nga maoy gi recommend sa article nga akong gibasa and true enough supported kayo akong feet ani na brand. Nagmahay lang jud ko ky usa sa naka trigger aning fasciitis nako sa una is too much trust on the brand nga ingon pa sa ad nga official blah blah of the blah blah pero in the end it's all up to your feet. Whatever others would say ang last say jud ana is kung protected and comfortable ba imong feet. Akong old brand bisan wa pa ma hilis ako na gipanghatag. I value my feet more than the shoes. Lisod jud kayo kung dili na kalakaw.

    Try Golf Ball bro e ligid2x sa emo lapa2x arun ma stretch mao na ako g buhat karon so far ok kaayo..............

    try to google Arch Pro-Tec, i think mao na gamiton sa mga bball players with plantar fasciitis...

    you probably need a custom foot orthotics

    simple ra kaayo na. stop wearing very flat slippers and sandals. use those with an inch heel.
