Paki explain daw bro anang verse imo gi quote .. kay nahulog na ani nga nga pangutana

"do we ascend to heaven upon our physical death, or do we 'sleep' until our Savior’s return?"
    Matthew 9:24
24 he said, “Go away. The girl is not dead but asleep.” But they laughed at him. 25 After the crowd had been put outside, he went in and took the girl by the hand, and she got up.

mao nay definition sa patay sa Biblia nana na nimo kung mosupak ka

naa may butangan sa mga namatay bro kung bible lang ang basihan...usa pa moabot ang adlaw sa paghukom

    Revelation 20:12-13

12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books.

13 The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done.

14 Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death.

15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.

ka kuyaw...according lang gihapon kung unsa atong mga nabuhat...hala ka bor bantay lagi ka bro

“Then someone came to him and said, ‘Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?’ And he said to him, ‘Why do you ask me about what is good? There is only one who is good. If you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments.” (Matt 19:16-17).

‘You believe in the one God- that is credible enough, but even the demons have the same belief, and they tremble with fear. Fool! Would you not like to know that faith without deeds is useless? (James 2:19-20).”

    maau sad nimo pagkaexplain:

    Faith => transformed=>obedience

    taympa
"Obedience means hearing the word of God" ... not necessarily doing the will of God?

    morag lahi sad sa

Faith =>Holy Spirit Operated=>All good works na gyud

“As it is, these remain: faith, hope and love, the three of them; and the greatest of them is love (1 Corinth 13: 13).”

by doing something, we choose to give our love.

    tinuod mani sya sis.
Coz in the Old testament, the keeping of the Law is the requirement of salvation. Then God sent Jesus for a purpose, one is to fulfill the law kay walay nakaperfect. The verse you shared was the time during Jesus' ministry....of course salvation is through fulfilling God's commandment pa gihapon not until the time of His ascension and sent the Holy Spirit to start the ministry of salvation by grace.
