i mean, what the hell were you expecting when you die? to be in the land of flowing chocolate fountains and candy trees? of course our notion of HEAVEN does not exist because we tend to picture it out as some paradise-like place we go to when we die. Actually, heaven, according to the Catholic Church, is a state your soul will be in, not a place. i believe, much like in Islam, it's a state of being one or oneness with the creator/God.
