Basic Job Requirements
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of seven (7) years general document control experience and 3 years experience in the EPC industry
• Must have previous supervisory experience. ‐certification or affiliation with industry institutions is preferred.
• Excellent functionality/utilization and knowledge of Document Management Systems such as Coreworx, Documentum, ProArc, Livelink, Aconex, Sharepoint, etc.
• Proficient usage of office productivity applications such as Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office Presentations (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, and Adobe Acrobat
• Document management background includes interfaces with engineering disciplines, suppliers, third party and clients
• Experience involves dealing with Procurement and Contracts & understanding and interpreting client specifications
• With familiarity of engineering, procurement and construction documentation and terminology

pwde mo mka refer? document control technician unta ako gusto applyan, kaso iv heard ang collabera dw mu handle sa hiring process for this position,w/c is an agency so im not sure if il get the same benefits if i apply thru them.
