I heard a rumor that one of the departments in Fluor Cebu office has given its contractual members a hard time crossing the other side. Some need to wait 3 years or more. Is this the capability you're referring to? the capability to wait? hehehe just kidding... Is the E&I also hiring? I think im interested..
