I agree on some of your statements. It is not meant to insult or look down on some Safety Officers, but instead ma challenge ang uban nga dili lang mag copy/paste sa ilang report unya mao ang e present dayon sa tailgate or safety meetings bisan wala silay na hibaw-an ana.

Aside from that, it is meant to inspire others even if dili sila engineers or engineering graduate... some are even undergraduate nga mag safety officer, kay if atong epa mukha sa uban nga pirteng lisura or super critical ang trabaho sa safety, mahadlok na nuon sila mo pursue sa profession.

Ug, dili pod ma sayon2x nimo ang machine bay, kay mao na ang nagpa sweldo nato tanan.... kung wala nag andar ang machine, wala pod sweldo ang mga safety officers diba?

Anyways, I know a few safety officers working on a strict and well standard company, dili jud sayon ang trabaho ug ang responsibilidad... Pero let's not deny the fact nga on-going pa ang acceptance ug developments sa safety profession, daghan pa kaayo dili religious sa trabaho. Bisan sa mga overseas company, especially kanang mga small and even moderate companies in the middle east.
