Last Tuesday morning a Lady named April called me, she says that she's a representative of Club Ultima and told me that I have a Free Dinner and will receive a 50% discount coupon on their rooms and amenities. I was very busy on that day so I refuse her offer.
These guys are very persistent, everyday they keep on calling me. Yesterday I receive a 2 missed calls and 3 text message from their so called
"RESERVATION MANAGER" named
"TANYA". (the same number gigamit ni April)
I sense something was not right, these guys are not just offering a Free Dinner but want something from me, so I asked TANYA and told me that
they will conduct a presentation of their new Tower and it's Amenities she said it wont last long around 30 mins. Tanya keep on asking me to join the presentation on that day. presentation will start at
4:00pm - 7:00pm.
I arrive at the Hotel/Condominium
10 mins before the time (I am very time Conscious), the front desk Lady named Jackie ask for my ID and told me to sit down and wait. She told me that
they will conduct a 90 mins. presentation of the Tower, not 30 mins as what the RESERVATION MANAGER told me.
After waiting for 30 mins. and guesswhat? Jackie told me these statement
"Sir, naa lng moy misunderstanding ni Tanya, dli krn imung schedule, on booking paman d ay ka...pwede nka mo uli, or pwede pud ka mo stay pero wla kay coupon kay wla pman na print, so unsa man sir...mo uli nlng ka?"
I was very shock on what I've heard, murag ako nalay na ulaw sa akong self gi ingnan ko ato, grabe ka
Hilas ang mga tao did2, wla man ni apologize sa nahitabo.
I don't think kami ni Tanya had a misunderstanding because I still have her sms message stating that
"...please come today at 4:00 - 7:00pm..."
Tanya don't deserve on the position she claim to have, She can't even communicate clearly to her people, she never called me to apologize and she never did anything to correct the mistake.

Jackie asked me if I want to talk to Tanya, I said no and left....I want to call her on my mobile phone but the signal inside the building is not that stable so I send her a message
"Thank you for wasting my time!"
If these people are serious on what they are doing they should have a clear communication within their organization, serious enough to call me and apologize for what happen, they can't even give me a good accommodation while I was in there, how much more pa sa uban.
