Kini nga topic sa insurance, term vs VUL, wa jud ni ka humanan. Daghan ko nabasahan na nga blogs, fb page nga wa jud kahumanan kung asa jud ang mas nindot. hehehe

As observed lang nako, it depends to the client na. If clients wants a hassle-free, he'll opt to VUL. Same with investments, if he don't want to be hassled by managing his portfolio, he'll go to mutual funds rather than investing directly in stocks.

But if he really wants to maximize his money, he should buy term then invest directly to stocks. Of course naa jud nay trade off. He should learn about stocks, how to manage it, when to buy and sell, analyze charts, etc, and monitor to renew his term insurance. In short he is trading his time versus convenience, effort versus effortless.

dili HEALTH bro, kay ug health para na sa dunay critical Illness but pwuede pud mabutangan sa TERM.

Sa TERM man gud covered raka ug 5yrs or 10yrs, mag sige ka ug renew...kada renew magka saka ang Premium. What if 40yrs pa after nimo magamit... so every 10yrs renew?

Whereas sa WHOLE Life 10yrs to pay, ka usa lang, covered naka up to age 100.

Ug mahuman ka ug pay after 10yrs nindot na mag sige na ug daku, mo double na after 5yrs or more depende sa Equity fund sa Insurance company.

But premiums of whole life insurances are way higher than term insurances right? Imagine coverage up to age 100.

advantage sa TERM - barato siya and dako ang sum assured and kong mka decide nka mo go with whole life (traditional insurance) "sa akong company nga gi workan" if term imong application tapos upgrade ka to whole life wla nay medical check up needed pwd na nato e upgrade

disadvantage - wla siyay cash value and renewable every 5 or 10 years.. but this problem can be solve if mag upgrade ka hassle free

with WHOLE LIFE or Traditional

this is not a dead investment as what others claim... you invest for your future dream sa imong family and for your retirement fund if everything is okay...

we dont advice you to invest all your money sa insurance.. you can venture other investment like stocks or opening a business.. the important of getting a life insurance is you have a plan B sa imong life if something might happen to you... it can give answers sa imong questions nga what if kong ma wala ka.. unsaon nlang ang akong anak og asawa...
