If naa kay job offer dri sa NZ bro, you have 2 options in getting a visa:

    1. SMC Path - mao na kanang mag EOI ka which will probably take you at least 1 year processing.
    2. Apply for a Work Visa - Since naa ka job offer you can apply for a work visa diri and mao ni pinaka dali na mka anhi ka probably a month ra imo iwait mkuha na nimu imo work visa.

Then if naa naka diri, ang pinaka dali para mahatagan ka ug Resident Visa.
    1. Proceed applying sa SMC path which is mao pinaka dali but cost much, mga 6-9 months (some of my friends 3 months ra) from processing then you can get your Resident visa.
    2. Kana Work Visa na naa nimu if pasok ka sa Long Term Shortage Skill List diri mahug na ug WTR (work to residence) so after 2 years nimu hold ana imo work visa you can apply na to a Resident Visa (without changing employer for 2 years ha). So kani siya dugay ky 2 years imo iwait pero cost less..

If naa nakay job offer, first make sure imo employer mag register sa work and income dri sa nz, kay u need that email reply from work and income that walay tao na fit for that job description. And make sure ang imo job description sakto pati imo mga experience para dli ka lisud lisuran dha sa ato immigration officers. Once completo naka, prepare tanan requirements nimo medical, nbi, birth, job offer etc. Then imo e lodge imo application for a work visa dha sa keppel building. Once ma approved na imo work visa u need to visit poea, para sa imo pdos etc.. (will take about a week to complete). If naa kay job offer then work visa, ma fall na under essential skill.
