guys, don't be hasty jumping into conclusion. This cpu is not a real quadcore, this is still dual core. It just so happen that this cpu is sold in pair. You need a dual cpu board in this one, otherwise you cant use this on most of our existing boards. Another thing, this is not 65nm as well, this is 90nm. Just wait for the real K8L 4x4 to arrive. Until then, cool everyone.

Let's not jumps into conclusion right now. Remember, the technology is new, we have to give amd sometime to tweak the bios and its drivers of the motherboard. Like Crossfire, ATI still working with their driver to improve the performance coz it performs not satisfactory. The Motherboard used with the core 2 duo is one of the best motherboard available today, so it matters as well.
