True rated in the sense that it is capable of delivering the specified max load and @ +-5% of the required voltages all throughout the load range (0% - 100% load).
80+ represents the efficiency (output/input).

For 25k bai, just take the 21k rig on page 1 then replace processor with an i5-2500. Sums up just right..

^^Aw, i forgot, you need to double the price of the Harddisk. Dili nako marecommend nga mag-assemble kag rig this time around kay mahal kaayo ang harddisk, unless you have an extra harddisk lying around idle..

I think its against forum rules man to specify which particular store sells this particular item at this particular price. But anyway, most of the items listed come from Gaisano Interpace. Others are from PCX and the hard-to-find ones from Tipidpc.com. Mangukay lang ka didto bai. The prices from G.I. have a shipping surcharge of 2.5% but if kaila na ka nila and daghan kag paliton, mahangyo man nimo @ Manila price. Goodluck sa build bro..
