antivirus is mcafee.
Even if ako na i disable ang iya antivirus, mao raman gihapon ang problema.

I also disabled sa services.msc sa mga possible processes nga maoy reason but still no luck.

There are possibilities sir nga bisag imo na gi disable ang antivirus sa imong mcafee, ga dagan lang gihapon ang firewall. Check and re-check sa firewall sa imong mcafee sir basin naa. kato ang i.disable.

Usually man gud, naa dha masangit ang transaction pc to pc.

As what you said, ma ping nimu ang IP Address either way sa duha ka unit. So connectivity are okay. Disable windows firewall and mcafee firewall of both computers and restart. Then suwayi dayun. Hopefully ma okay ra.

sa ako i use synology NAS server. very powerful NAS, use nako as asterisk for ip telephone system. then backup and tracing for local user og naay free DNS/DDNS unya pwedi pud siya as cloud server and many things. then if you can check all your network if naay ni attack. sa iya log search.. then mas reliable sya compare sa windows nga antivirus/firewall. then makita mo kung wen nag connect ang user og unsay mga changes nga ging pang buhat nya sa file server ba or nag connect sya sa vpn and many more. very handy and powerful nas server...... i almost deploy 20 different kinds of synology NAS server to my client...
