Is it Possible to make 1 Rig to 2 users at the same time?

1 rig for 2 users at the same time by using
2 Monitors, 2 Keyboards, and 2 Mouse (mice)

So that 1 user can do Word procesing, Watch video, etc. and the other could browse the internet, play games, etc.

For example, the specs of the rig:
Procie: i7 2nd generation
Mobo: Gigabyte z68 UD7
Ram: 8GB
Storage: SSD
VC: 2x ATI 6990 or GTX 590

Can this be done?

doubt it's possible, puli2x na lang jud mo ug gamit... if 2 ka monitors, pwede mag watch ug movie sa pikas while nag word processing ka, pero other than that, wa koy mahunahunaan lain...

If a pc can have 2 or more cursors, or can take inputs from 2 or more keyboards, why not?

Take laptop for example, pde gamitan ug mouse, pde pod trackpad, but it can't have 2 cursors.

I checked NComputing. AFAIK, limited ra imo ma buhat. Wala gali sila DVI/HDMI connection sa ila boxes meaning dili maayo ila audio and limited ra ang video resolution.
