    Please take note again the part where we, the clients were not informed of the crucial offline. Instead, we had to hear through the grapevine (ATM clients) that their system is offline.

    @ts: naka try ko sa landbank ka pila na gyud maka timing mag offline diha na ig open panulod sa clients good thing lang dili mag line˛ wait lang sa chair tapos ang walay transaction na kauban gawas mag wait

    Big difference sa BDO, tindog sa BDO, linya, walay number-number.

    Ok ba ang Landbank? Wa pa mi kasuway diha.

    Define a day? All morning ko didto, nag-wait jud ko a bit for their system to go online after hearing it from the ATM clients nga nag-inform sa security guard nga offline ang ATM. Ang tellers nag-ihap na og ga-bundle na bills og piso=piso sa atubangan namo atong panahona.

    Naa kay kaila sa BDO? Hopefully you can inform them also of these problems. Thank you in advance.

    naa pod na situation, TS...

    like for instance, example lang hap, imong maintaining branch is BDO lahug pero adto ka ning deposit sa SM branch... ma-timingan ka og offline... then dili jud na madala og manual transaction basta sa lain kang branch mag deposit... pero kung adto ka sa BDO lahug mag deposit unya offline, madala ra og manual transaction...

    basin mao na nahitabo, TS...

    @ts: sako man gud case since college pani na account kay ako tig hatag allowance naa sa province puyo so gi continue nalang pud nako now. sa BPI pud dili na kaayo hasle pag naka transaction kay nana sila touch screen machine bale didto naka mag touch˛ sa imo transaction after ma completed naa mo gawas priority number mao i present didto sa cashier instead of mag fill up paka ato paper slips
