if that person never learn at all from her mistakes... then it would be pointless to make that person understand at all.. simply the reason why she keeps on repeating the mistakes is because she doesnt know that its a mistake and that person is abusing your all too forgiving heart all the time...

she knows man gud that whenever she commits one... you would all be too merciful in accepting her back..

abusive partners are like a big rock you take it to hill, once your closer to the very top of that hill.. it rolls back again to the exact position, and you have to repeatedly keep on pushing back the rock uphill again... over and over and over....

that's my take on your "2nd chances..."

It all depends on how ur related to that person, the mistake that was committed and how grave it was. and of course your moral upbringing and how far would you go compromise your prinsipyo sa buhay. If its about INFIDELITY then i will NOT even give a second chance.

Because we are all stupid humans who make mistakes. If a person makes a mistake, forgive him. If he errs again, forgive him. If he keeps on making the same mistake then do you think it is not your mistake this time? You actually seem to encourage him nga it is okay if you keep on doing the same mistake over and over again, kay handa ako magparaya. Enough with the martyr drama. Do you know who you're hurting and kinsa imo gibuang? Imoha beloved self ra gud.

Bottomline: Second chances are good. Just make sure dili ikaw ang alkanse and make sure to know when and how to draw the limits.
