Ingun cla bro dapat determinado gyud ka sa imung goal nga mag ka abs and consistent ka sa imung gi buhat nga Sit-up exercise. Dli man pud na dapat dalidaliun bro para mu resulta gyud. Mao ra pud na ang sulti sa akong kaila ha.
add cardio exercises bro. like jogging, biking, etc. this will burn your fats and make your abs visible. kay wa ra gihapon kwenta kung cge kag sit-ups then dako pa imo body fat %.
dapat balance jd imo diet ... makaapekto pd bya ang lifestyle

cardio, esp basketball + weight training.
50-50-50 overkill ra kaau na. ipaubos nalang imohang body fat, garantisado nga maka six pack jud ka even without sit ups.
mas maayo sad nga dili ra situps tanan. leg raise, plank, side bend, arun makusgan imong core muscles.
