Where comparing three different cities.......Manila, Davao and Cebu......I've been to those three cities.....and I'd say.......cebu is the best............

nice, clean and very progressive city. less than an hour by plane from Cebu. but the most important aspect of all - friendly, hospitable people - that's what makes me want to come back to this place even more..
