ummm..but the topic is finding out "the BEST CITY OF THE PHILIPPINES"..although some forumers here will resort to mudslinging due to the fact that they can't present data/evidences, the inherent nature of this thread will always lead us to the game of odd-one-out in order to ferret the most qualified CITY to grab Phil TOP CITY TITLE.

but the problem of this topic is that it has an open criteria, thus everyone is free to utter personal biases of their choosen city sans concrete facts/evidences. =)

as what i've always said, Cebu is the clear winner of this thread because it's the only CITY that gets the ACCOLADE of the INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY.

anyway, what year ba nang pagka 8th best ninyo sa asiaweek? kay as far as i can remember, we were the most livable in the last two publications of asiaweek's most liveable cities
