Since wala may equipment akong gym para ana, I tend to focus on the Big 3 lifts, and cycle the Power Clean into the program every now and then. Usahay, kung maayo akong feeling, ako lahuson ug Jerk (bati lang jud di mabundak, hassle ang lowering from overhead nga position nga dili itagak).
I agree, lisod jud ang overhead squat, I become unstable just above 100 lbs. Below 100, just plain uncomfortable. I heard naa daw Oly Team ang UC, pero wa na daw karon. Nindot unta magpatudlo.
