a wealthy-businessman friend told me yesterday, if you want to become fat, minimize physical exercise, and increase food intake. same thing with becoming wealthy, minimize cost/expenses, and increase income-cashflow.

    My own Personal Challenge :

Change mindset from employment to business mindset.
To earn 1M/month is a joke for an employee mindset.
To earn 1M/month is a serious matter for a business mindset.

    Changing bad beliefs about money.

Choose the right kind of business, with right company, right people, right time, doing the right things.
See to it that the business has the potential to build wide and deep to create multiple passive income streams.
Distribution business is one kind of business that gives you mutliple passive income stream from different outlets you build or teams you personally build.

Naa pud ko I add for my 2011's business plan. To build more people working with me, more people you have, there are chances to get more quality people in the team. Build quantity to filter out quality people to become my business partners. To become a builder, a builder of people.

#2 Wala me problem with #2 kay ever since practical spender ako.
#3 nakabuild na ko gamay emergency fund but still have to continue to add more to it every month
#4 hmmm murag kinahanglan ko mag-add more sa health insurance and maybe buy term insurance.
pero basin dagko na kaayo ang premium base on my age
#5 hayy!!! kani ang wala pa ko, mutual fund investment pero naa na ko investment on stocks
#6 ... wla man ko properties so.... pero nasa real estate man ko before. maybe I should try to acquire some

It's a matter of lifestyle siguro and it's a choice. You want to be poor, go squander your money and forget about saving. Enjoy today then suffer in your old age.

Advise to the young people here:

Start saving as much as you can but you don't have to deprive yourselves of the basic necessities and some enjoyment. Choose to sacrifice some today for the abundant benefit in the future.
