HI,

Mangita unta ko ug bachelor's pad (or room for rent) na duol sa MEPZ.

requirements:
personal CR
parking space
dili bahaun ang place
5-10 mins drive to MEPZ

optional:
aircon
internet connection
cable
kitchen

I'll be transferring on Jan 2. But I would like to check the place on December.
I'll gladly deposit for a reservation.

Studio type Aircon room available, just beside the road (Buyong, Maribago, LLC).
- own CR
- free water
- secured with gate and fence / no curfew
- parking available for 1 car

Rate is good for single occupancy only but additional occupants can be arranged. Furnished accomodation also available.
