I read somewhere that Nazis used to harvest deuteriun to harness its capability in weaponry. The water dam is even bombed by allies, more like deuterium is an element or technology that is better be kept in the shelves. And what country is using deuterium as energy source nowadays?

for me filipino are too stupid for this type of technology... not that we cant operate one... but we are too stupid to accept it, and often times cite chernobyl as a reason... bitaw seriously... instead of going forward we are going all over the place... im not against it... as long it is properly built and maintain... if we are to use chernobyl as a reason.. we should look into details and not just the overall incident...

you didnt get the point... you just focus on the money and using the corruption angle... there are multiple reasons why it is not viable anymore....
