Mango Square CLOSED-- You Glad or Mad??

Lemme know who's Happy and Unhappy with the major decision of closing down the latest teen craze in Mango Avenue, "Mango Square string of hotspots" which includes the detaching of the 22nd St. ladder. What do you have to say?

I'm neither. Just as long as the mall is open, it's totally fine with me. The closure of the said "hotspot" may be a good decision if those "crazy teens" who are in the "teen craze" would stop picking fights and stop proving their testosterone level. When you say "teen craze", you are only focusing on one age bracket. Take note that majority of the customers there are those people who have jobs that can pay for their drinks and want to have a good time and chill.

In regard to the 22nd St. stairway, I would say people who are against the taking off of the stairway is against the city laws and ordinances. I'm no lawyer but I'm very well aware that there is a law which states to keep clear the sidewalks of any obstruction. Just sharing my 2 pesos worth.

glad. usahay kung wa nay lain paingnan, adto na lang gyud padulong. hehe. pero the place had way too much noice labi na kung ma gabii na. i think the detaching of the 22nd street stairs is for the safety of everyone.

I once did a shoot at one of the Mango Square "hot spots" for a local daily article. It was MAD! it was so crowded that you could not move without bumping into someone. Heck, it took me a good 10 minutes to get out of the area which was only about 10 meters away from the exit. It probably violated every single safety ordinances the city made.

im GLAD!! There's this one saturday night (past 10pm) na we were on our way home and had to pass by mango avenue. nahibong jud mi ngano traffic ang mango nga naa pa mi dapit sa iglesia. And when we passed by mango square kay naglisud jud ug agi ang mga sakyanan kay the people were on the streets. murag sinulog daghan kaayo nag-inom. And samot jud mi na shock nga mga "teens" man to nga mga faces uyyy..mura jud ug mga highschool or mga 1st yr college bah. Kadagko na ba diay nila ug mga allowance nga maka-afford naman sila magtambay anah nga lugar.
