It means you have to gain more experience. It's not about "how". It's about "skill". The codes are free to learn, you can go to PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor or download PHP manual and learn all those TECHNICAL DETAILS.

You can't be a great developer if you don't know the basic stuff.
You can't create your own algorithm if you don't know the simple syntax.
