i entirely agree with you. what the president had to say was about how the nation is faring now. in that context, how could he possibly inject the hacienda luisita issue in it? it's not even a national concern. to do so would be akin to him reporting how he would deal with the issue. he is not supposed to do that. sona is not about the president, it's about the nation's state. and he only needs to report it, heck, he is not even required to introduce solutions in the sona!

Noynoy is uninformed and did not necessarily lie. I think he believed every word he was saying to be true. Based on his recent mistakes he tends to delegate too much. Too many advisers and too many spokesmen.
