DuQue as new Health Secretary

Here comes GMA again. She really has a penchant of appointing persons she owed too much during last year's controversial elections. Duque, in his effort to remain in good graces with the President, diverted the OWWA funds to Philhealth and use to issue that election gimmick, PHilHealth Cards where Dona Gloria's face is etched on it.

Can GMA for one time stop this kind of appointment. Instead of stuffing herself with politicians and known sipsips why cant she appoint persons with no questionable backgrounds. Why cant she appoint a true blue technocrat, the ones who know and who can sincerely deliver basic services to the people without political considerations.

If GMA wants to close the gap that divide our people she should stop appointing rehash politicans. Appointing Duque will further diminish the chances of true reconciliation and a unity government.

They should appoint a PROLIFE Health Secretary. We need someone who will look out for the welfare of Filipinos, not someone who will pander to foreign pharmaceutical companies trying to flood the country with uselss abortifacient contraceptives.
