among cafe attendant nga na minyo og canadian, naka larga na last Feb. less than a year lang yata iyang processing. mas dali man sab no on if spousal visa.

mostly, Canada Visa ilang gi process or lets say, assist sila nimo in processing your visa. Meaning,
ikaw gihapon lihok tanan, kuha mga required documents, they are just there to ensure that your
requirements are complete before forwarding it to the embassy. Once gawas na imong visa, your on your own na sa pag pangita og work didto.

I know this post is a bit old na, I just want to point out something about ENHANCE. I am very disappointed with this agency. Ngpay mi sa among first/initial payment last Friday then Monday we backed out kay naay emergency sa among papa na need ug assistance 'financially' ky he needs to undergo a series of lab tests kay naay health issues.. So meaning we need to stop/hold usa ang pagprocess sa application to Canada because of this. Sadly and I am very disappointed kay dli nila iuli among 25k nga gidown kay mao daw ilang pamaagi.. ;( it's our hard earned money, it's just hundreds but thousands gani and daku na kaayo matabang to sa among papa, kinahanglanon lang jud.. unexpected nga panghitabo jud, wla jd mi mag-expect ani.. so we need to cancel the processing and get back our money kay we badly need it. dli nila ihatag ug balik kay daw nag start na sila sa ilang trabaho.. ang ila pa rbang nabuhat pa rba kay they just sent a checklist of requirements ra and gi refer ko sa IELTS review center.. wla pa koy gipermahan nga contract and wla pa pud koy gisubmit anything to them yet.. anyone makahelp sa akong problema? magpatabang ko sa DOLE ani ky bug-at kaayo sa akong buot, daku kaayo ilang nakuha nako.. sayop sad kaayo ko kay diretso2x lang pero sad wla man sad ko kabalo nga naay mahitabo sa among amahan..

are you sure? from what i had heard they were already giving back the money on AEO. accordingly most of them were already given the refund and the rest are still on process.

DOLE cannot help you solve your problem. DOLE is a government agency that handles labor and employment matters here in the Philippines. What you are processing is an immigrant visa. however, i can suggest that you make an appeal to them. that is assuming they had not rendered any kind of services yet. you show proof that your father is really sick and you needed the money back badly. now this is just a humble suggestion. In most cases, its only the company's discretion to refund based on the given circumstances
