    you need a jig for this..

    second the bit you should use is a spiral upcut router bits..NOT DOWNCUT.

    down side lang ani kay it will take time.

    thank you for the illustration sir. however it looks like the scheme will just shave off a small area with each pass.

    another question:

    how do you do inlay? i want to inlay designs into my work.

    in general.. ang inlay is something to attached on the substrate..

    what is substrate? e.g. plywood, Fiber boards, solid,

    inlays: daghan kaayo.. one example is natural wood veneer, stone, grass,

    so please determine what do you want to inlay?

    mag lisod ko ug stone and grass.. more on wood ni ako.. but I'll try lookingup unsaon.. but naa man gud na chemicals pag grass, bamboos, other indigenous materials..

    there are different approach pag inlay.. different strokes on different materials..

    yep.. mag ka problem lang ka ani kung naa ka grabe nga twist sa imo wood.. so eleminate na daan ang twist on cutting into pieces..
