The outcome of our June 13 trip was not the one that I expect:

Here's why:

1. The agreed 9:00 am departure time was not complied.

- We arrived there at around 8:50 am and departed at around 10:10am. Ang reason? wala pa diha ang food. late na kaau mi abot. I called Mr CIB's mobile before our departure to ask him on how he will compensate us for time lost, pero wala gi tubag iyang phone.

2. Food:

- The food was not really that great.

- usa sa food nga naa sa menu na hurot . i asked one of the boatmen for refill pero mi ingon sila nga wala na. so who says nga dili sila ma short sa food?

3. snorkel shortage:

i paid for 24 persons but only ten (10) snorkels were provided during the trip. bad trip kaau.


To Mr CIB, your service is very unprofessional. I am one of your unhappy customers. How can you compensate me for this very poor service?
