Most threads were purposely not deleted on sight in order to give you an example.
If I delete them, time and time again others will follow because they were not aware
of the said threads being moderated since it's no longer visible.
At least by locking the threads, others will see what was being done to those threads who violate the rules.

Locked threads are good as dead.
Others can no longer inquire and the poster can no longer reply.
In a matter of minutes it will be buried under the newly created topics.
