- In old New Orleans 3:AM is a time to pray for those that died tragically or suddenly and unexpected. It is thought that those that suffer in the deepest of despair can only effect the living at this time and awaken you to pray for them and their deliverance from hell or purgatory that they are stuck in.

- There are prayers to say if you awaken at 3:am and fear or panic seems to overcome you many will state. An old Texan legend tells that if you awaken at this specific time between 3:am and 3:15 am this means that a dead relative or friend seeks your prayers and forgiveness. Many will say special prayers for those they know have died at this time to set them free of their torment.

- Many people report all manner of strange happenings occurring at the Demon's hour of 03:00 A.M.

Og sa kahuot ako gisak-an nakahuna-huna mi sa akong mga ig-agaw nga adto mi sa bakanteng room mangatog. 4 mi ngadto og sa sawg lang nanghiga kay wa may kama. Sa dihang lawom na among katog, nakita nako ako kaugalingon nga naghigda og ang position sa ako mga ig-agaw. Mura kog nagdamgo o nakamata, basta wa ko kasabot atong higayuna. Tulog ako lawas pero nagmata ako subconcious. pagkataod-taod naay dalagang babaye nga nakaputi nilusot sa pultahan. Ako ra siya gitan-aw, wa ko bati-a og kahadlok whatsoever. Nitupad siya og higda nako anha sya sa tunga namong upat. Unya kalit kog kamata nga naglibog kung dagmo ba o tinuod kay mao man gyud position namo tanan.
3 nights later, nausab ang sitwasyon pero dili na dalagang babaye. Nakita nako ulo sa tiguwang nga babaye nilusot sa bongbong. Dugay ming duha nagtinutukay og kalit na lang siya nawala. Nakamata ko, wa kasabot kung tinuod ba to o damgo lang. Wa nako gipanabi ang experience kay para nako damgo ra man.
Sa dihang naay inum og nagkahisgotay na og paranormals niingon ang ako auntie nga naay 3rd eye naa daw white lady nga maglabang-labang sa duha ka building. Og ang iyang anak nga babaye nakakita daw didto og putol nga ulo sa tiguwang. Didto ko nashock kay pareho man sa ako nakita, damgo ba to o dili.

ang ako gusto maexperience kanang makakita ko nga dili tulog. Ingon raba to akong auntie nga naa daw dakong tawo (ambot lang kaha kung tao ba) nga magsunod-sunod nako murag body guard. Wa lang siya mosulti sulod sa pito ka tuig kay basin daw mahadlok ko.

@kimleeKINO_choi sis, out of body experience (OBE) is another term for astral projection, that particular field wherein they say the spirit/consciousness is able to detach itself from the supposedly sleeping body and be somewhere else. kung sa science, there are those who call it hallucinations while others refer to it as a product of abnormal brain activity. depends on who is asked.
