Our contractor did not finish the house renovation and only did around 30% of the work. Now he's not answering phone calls.

wala diay na gi waterproof daan? like plexibond, dayon mga drains para dili pondo tubig etc...

ang pagbayad dili diay % of work done? or nag pa down sila 30% or something, pa trabaho nalang na lain

More than 50% paid but the work done is less than 20%.
And the work is terrible. Crooked walls, destroyed ceiling, roof extension very rough, firewall not complete.
We had it checked by the subdivision builders and they said the house looks demolished.
So many other things this contractor did was stupid.
He never shows official receipts.
Beware of this contractor from Mandaue.
