After almost 20 years in Congress, Nerissa Soon-Ruiz is now vying for the seat in the Mayor's office. Her ambition to stay in power is inevitably insatiable.

Firstly, she started to be one of the the poorest person in Congress then surprisingly she went up the ladder. Did she turn her political career into some kind of business.

Secondly, she ain't no good leader. Her projects are overpriced and coordinated properly with the Mayor's office. As a result, some projects are duplicated and others are even left unfinished. Is this how the next mayor should be?

Lastly, she turned the Old Mandaue City College into a "milking cow" with even the school, courses and curricula, including the admin not qualified to operate as far as standards by the CHED is concerned. Those poor students snd their families who worked sweat snd blood just to send them to skul.

Thanks to Mayor Jonas Cortes, he saved and almost undo all these mistakes made by Neri. His' projects are made at lower costs saving much of the PEOPLE's money. And he change the management of the management of Mandaue City College. It is now the only local institution of higher learning in Mandaue City.

...yes!!! she is not deserving for a mayor's seat..shes just acting stupid!!! especially with her husband lito....whom is said to run for congressman in lapu-lapu>>>>>>>>the question is pwede d.ae nah..dah..taga lapu-lapu ko pero lako ganahe sa tactics aning mga ruiz...their just playing stupid games with their people...this is not a good example for a deserving politicians............kicked them!!!!!!!!!!
