    Actually if you have a screen shot to prove that you lost your connection. You can always go after them because you pay for your service by the month --- unlimited. That means that any down time that happens is quite obviously a proof that the connection is infact limited. It's just a play of words.

    Also, try not to talk to the peons that work the front line. If you think you are getting screwed then talk to the manager. Keep your cool when you're talking to them though..no use getting worked up.

    Bottom line is, you're probably going to get a few pesos back.. unless you're a plan 2999 subscriber which means for every day you lost your connection it's a P100 loss on your end. Now that shit matters.;

    dili diay na automatic naa ta rebate ..especially kadtong nag down sila? ngano kinahanglan paman magreport ta nga maski sila nakabalo man ana diba?

    that's one way of putting it. Bottom line is we are living in the Philippines and the customer service here leaves a lot to be desired.

    Agree. Besides, wala man pod nanghatag ang other provider ug rebate, so why bother? hehehe! But I know someone in Dumaguete who has received a rebate even if he did not complain. According to him, he did not even notice that he experienced downtime coz he's only online at night. hehehe

    kung individual lang na problem unya imo e report matagaan gyod ka og rebate d ba ? pero kato last na nagka problema ang globe bisan cguro og dli nimo e report autamatic nana sya ? kay ang tanan mn na subscriber ang na appektohan ato.

    guys, didnt wana start a new topic with globe as na naman. singit lang ko dito. i called globe kanina and they said that we have to request for our rebates then next month pa ma-reflect sa bills. cge, have to go.
