    Default Homemade Hamburger Patty

I have read some inquiring where they could buy delicious hamburger patties.
So why don't you just make your own. It's so simple, and i am going to show you how.

here are the ingredients you will need:

500 g Beef ground round (don't buy the special kay mo kaging if pure meat)
1 raw egg (medium or large)
1/2 teaspoon mustard (optional if you don't like the taste but this will give you great flavor)
2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce (you can use the local brands just add one more tbsp.)
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon finely minced garlic
1-2pcs Slice bread (don't include the sides)
1/4 cup evaporated milk of your choice

TEAR bread into pieces then soak it in the 1/4 cup milk.
Add the pepper, salt and minced garlic then the egg and worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Add misture to the ground beef and knead well.
If you have more time, grab a handfull and slam the meat mixture into the mixing bowl.
Do this repeatedly until the meat will become so sticky.
This will enhance the flavor since the natural proteins of the meat will come out.
Pat according to the desired shape and sizes.
Pan fry in a mixture of hot oil and salted butter but do not overcook.
or you can grill the patty rubbing butter if necessary.

Enjoy your burger with rice or with a bun, mustard and tabasco sauce.

    notes:
*** you can make your burger more spicy if you add a medium finely chopped red onions.

No offense. What it sounds like is you're making isn't a burger patty but "meat loaf" so essentially you are making a meat loaf sandwich and not a hamburger sandwich. That's what happens when you start adding eggs and bread to ground beef. Though I don't doubt your sandwich taste great.

For a proper burger patty... 100% ground beef. 80% Lean and 20% fat. Salt & Pepper to taste. Doesn't get simpler than that.

    -Peace
