Funland and Crocolandia is a good place to bring your kids,they wld surely enjoy it there lots of affordable funrides so i recommend it for your itenirary and also consider bringing your kids to Kartzone.

i'll answer your queries nlang since i've been there nman pud all those places

mountain view ---is located in busay,few hundred meters below tops garden
family park--- is in NASIPIT,talambaN

i can't quite recall though they have 2 seats kart good for an adult n a child,my 3yr old with my hubby was able to ride one,ayaw lang palabi pakusog ug dagan for your kids safety.
