From SYKES ko and kalilipat ko palang sa ETEL "STREAM"... Kahadlok.. But I am still hoping for the best..

tyminga pud oi. padung unta ko mangaply para TSR2 but maayo nalang nakabasa ko ani nga thread.

gikan ko Sykes for almost 4 years, ok ra ang working environment but gamay lang jud ang sweldo.

after that, adto ko cvg for almost 2 years with TWC account, ok ra, no complaints, except sa Comcast na account.

naglateral transfer ko to experience new challenge but all i can say is, super ka-dead end na nga account.

gamiton ug sagang ang mga agents sa mga TL or management whereas sa TWC, ang TL maoy modawat sa bala gikan sa management basta masagangan lang ang agent.

except lang sa Lexmark kay dugay kaayo ang processing & JP Morgan coz natagbaw nako ug credit card work from Sykes for almost 4 years..

any suggestions where nindot motrabaho ug call center diri cebu?

\makadiscourage kayo ang STREAM.. w;la jud ga value ug tenured agents... worst call center na xa karon.. nice ang starting salary pro pirmi ka kulbaan para sa imong future sa company, wla klaro!!!! gikan ka ni off, pagbalik nimo, lahi naka nga department, asa ka ana?

OMG! aside from the fact nga karon pa qoe kahibaw nga ang STREAM karon is ang eTEL diay ni before, i'm too much worried for my bestfriend who just got hired @ STREAM... upon hearing these negative feedbacks, i think i have to warn her as early as now.... geeeeez! this is alarming!

i would like to share my experience about this company....

nangapply ko last february in which nalipay ko kay bag o pako abot gikan CDO gikan bakasyon and first application nako, nadawat dayon ko nila...

mao ni ang kafaet... ang training cge ka cancel...

it took me 3 weeks na puro ana ang rason mao nakadecide ko na mangapply nlang ug lain kay hapit na mahurot ako budget...

May nlang kay nadawat sad dayon ko sa JPMC....

Hope na mausab unta cla... dili lalim na magpasalig cla kay dili tanan nangapply kay walay binuhi...

ok pa rin naman sa etel, now stream global services. transition period pa kasi and there are lots of changes going on inside. latest rumor is that the base salary for tsr0 agents would be P20,550-- all in, same sa style ng xlib. all in like ala na nyt diff, holiday pay, etc. but again, rumor lang yun. reason ngano cancel pirmi uban training is that stream wants to transfer 2 of their legacy accounts to cebu, one of which is sirius. start na training mga sirius agents and wave 1 started taking calls last march 1. most of wave 1 are tenured agents of etel, one of which is a rich dude who earned like $22k for commission income alone when he was with dell. marami pa rin tenured agents sa floor, as in marami. these people know how to analyzed the changes and they know that it's beneficial, although they need to adjust, but overall, its still pretty much ok.
