Measure seeks to criminalize "no permit, no exam" policy
Cebu City Councilor Gerardo Carillo is planning to pass an ordinance in the City Council that would penalize private schools which prohibit students from taking examinations.

There are more meaningful ordinances that need to be passed down... we should not waste our time on extravagant ordinances like these... nagpakita lang jud nga publicity stunt lang... di man gani mo kapahunong sa pag balig-yag "ice candy" sa mga maestra sa public school. Manghilabot na nuon mos private school... "private" klaro kaayo... hahahah...

No collection of tuition would increase the school's receivables. Uhmmmm...how would the school finance their long term projects and provide quality education if students don't pay their tuition fees? If dili sila ka pay, mas better if they issue a promissory note. Transcripts will not be released man sad if dili ka pay sa full tuition.

Criminilazing this policy is over ra pud. Unsaon nalang tong nag lisod jd.
