it's a good thing that you posted your contact numbers. this will be alot helpful specially sa emergencies bitaw, labaw na kung uso ang dengue

anyway, just a few things 'bout blood donation:

-Having a tattoo doesn't automatically disqualify you from donating blood. You'll be asked if that tatt is more than ayear already.
-For tooth extractions, if done in a private clinic, is okay as long as it's a couple of weeks past the procedure already.
-ideal BP is 120/80, but 140/100, 100/70 is acceptable
-have enough rest prior to donating
-answer all questions HONESTLY!!!
