Yesterday naay ni text nko kay need ug blood for dengue, Sorry kaayo basta dengue ang sakit dili jud ko pwede kay hagbong nko daan sa exam kay llisod daw pangitaon ako kinadak-an nga ugat sa bukton. idk sa uban hospitals pero tanaw nko murah gihapon ang ilang test buhaton.

no alcohol intake at least 12-24 hours before donation
8 hours of sleep before donating

same ta situation bai... sorry gyud sa mga in need ug dugo if dengue ang case kay dili sad ko pwde.. gamay ako ugat sa pikas bukton... kinahanglan man both kung sa dengue kay murag direct transfusion man guro ila gamiton na process nya in need gyud na nga both ugat sa both arms ang tusukan...
