you can visit RBCC or PNRC for voluntary blood donations.i'll keep you posted if there will be a blood letting to be sponsored by the Philippine Navy or other organizations who wants to sponsor blood letting activities so that you can have the opportunity to help save lives.nice to know that this thread was able to help someone.

FYI: the Philippine Navy through the Naval Reserve Center Eastern Visayas, NAVRESCOM, 509th NROTCU and Regional Blood Center-DOH together with the officers and enlisted personnel of the 51st MBN (res) will be having a blood letting activity at CSCST Main (commonly known as C-sat) MJ Cuenco ave & Palma st. this coming sunday 11 sept 2005 @ 0800H. i hope to see you there.for queries please e-mail or pm me.Thanks!

dili allowed mo donate blood if less than 1 year nagpa:

tooth extraction
body pierce
tattoes
sakit heppa

if imo blood pressure taas or below 120/80 ... i think dili sad pwede

regular blood donors are welcome anytime if they need a bag ...

and they can only donate again after 3 months ... for women .. u can only donate 2 weeks after the 1st day sa period

i suggest adto sa Regional Blood Center ... infront of Mcdonalds Jones ... i think they they can help you determine ur blood type ...
