    there are many veggies and fruits rich in VIT-E... much cheaper than the vits you take... you just have to incorporate it on your daily diet..

    You may not get the exact Vit. E without the help of lecithin.. Lecithin helps aid to absorb your Vit. E more faster.. anyway, thanks for the comment..
