Wa jud ni ayo ang sky cable! Sahi nlang jud kaputol. Nindot kaayo paminawon ilang mga plan pero bati ugservice ug connection

Gahapon ko nagpataud ug skybroadbrand sa Basak, Lapu-Lapu amoa.. So far okay man among connection didto.. Walay log ang youtube.. Hehehe. Siguro bago paman, 3mbps ni nga plan at 999 free installation and modem.

Im paying 999 a month and Im only getting 1.5 mbps, nanawag kos ilang cust service and they said dili daw available ang 3mbps sa ako, only new cust lang daw. wtf!

I am paying them for almost 2 years now and this is what I get. this is sad.

Perehas jud ta'g concern. Subscriber ko nila for at almost 2 years sa plan nga 3mbps 1999 unli, and kita kos ilang website nga ang rate sa 3mpbs ky 999 nalang so ni demand ko nila to upgrade my speed to 5mbps since okay raman mo pay ko'g 1999 gihapon. Ilang tubag dili daw ni available sa old subscriber sa new subs ra daw ni pwede ang 5mbps with 1999 nga presyo. I was like WTH? WE keep your business afloat all these years then d mi pwede anah? Alkansi ko'g 1000 kada buwan? It started late Feb nga nagkanda lecheleche ning akong connection tungod aning ilang marketing strategy! I suggest whoever is reading this nga taga sky special mention sa taga mktg department. dapat inyong marketing strategy diha dapat favorable pud sa old subscriber ninyo dili lang ky magsige mo'g palami sa inyong ad to attract new subs. Naka kwarta pud biya mo namo! PAITA!

Finally after 2 visits sa ilang office and several emails, they upgrade my plan 999 to 3mbps. Good paying customers deserves good service.

Super slow kaayo, sugod atong December, intermittent + slow connection = grrr!!!

sa mga subscribers naa as Mabolo, Kasambagan, Mandaue area. Ok ra internet speed ani? like pwede online games?
